Our annual summer picnic and dive day is the highlight of the Three Rivers Dive Club calendar. Good food, good friends, and a full day in the water at Crusty's Quarry.

What to expect
A relaxed day, and the guests bringing it
A full day in the water, food on the shore, and special guests on hand for gear demos, training, and discounted classes.
A day in the water
Open diving at the quarry for all certification levels, plus buddy check-ins and a chance to log a dive or two with the club.
Food & fellowship
A shared picnic spread on the shore. Come hungry, swap stories, and meet the divers behind the Three Rivers community.
Everyone welcome
You don't have to dive to join us. Bring the family and the friends who cheer you on from dry land.
Halcyon
Orie Braun
Orie from Halcyon is bringing some of the newest Halcyon equipment for members to test and try out on a demo dive.
SSI
Ken Konyshak
Ken from SSI will be on hand to talk through SSI training and programs, and to answer your certification questions.

Frequently asked
Do I have to dive?
Not at all. Non-divers, families, and friends are all welcome to come for the food, the lake, and the company.
Can I rent gear?
Yes. Rental gear is picked up at Mars Scuba the Thursday or Friday before the picnic, so you're ready to dive Saturday morning.
What should I bring?
Your dive kit (or your rental), a towel, sunscreen, a chair, and something to share for the picnic if you'd like.
Are the discounted classes extra?
The Buoyancy, Nitrox, and Refresher classes run during the picnic. Tell us on your RSVP which you'd like so Mars Scuba can plan.
Can I bring my family and kids?
Absolutely. There's plenty of shore space to relax and cheer on the divers while they're in the water.
What time does it start?
We'll be at the quarry through the day, roughly morning to late afternoon. Final times go out to everyone who RSVPs.
